Diagnosis
Scutellum with engraved and very weak reticulation, median groove almost complete; propodeal callus with 5-9 setae; clypeus protruding and bilobed; mesoscutum and scutellum metallic dark purple, anterior ½ of axillae bright golden-green; male flagellum with all flagellomeres distinctly separated. Colour of mesosoma similar to naevus but with long hind tibial spur and smaller eyes. See also cepheus and pyramis.
